What is transformational breathwork?

It aims to address physical, emotional, and energetic blockages by facilitating the release of stored tension, trauma, and suppressed emotions.

The deep breathing technique activates the body's natural self-healing mechanisms, and individuals may experience a wide range of sensations, emotions, and insights during the process. This can include feelings of euphoria, emotional release, physical sensations, expanded awareness, and profound insights.

In resume, this deep diaphragmatic breathing has the potential to activate and expand the breath capacity, boost immunity, oxygenate the body, release stagnant energy, reduce stress and bring clarity & relaxation into your mind, body & soul.

Yes it is unless you have specific health concerns or those advised by their doctor against such activities, caution is warranted.

I offer modified breathing techniques or guidance to ensure your safety and comfort. Your well-being is my priority, so feel free to reach out if you have any doubts or questions.

  • Significant recent physical injuries or surgery

  • History of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe case of osteoporosis

  • Personal or family history of aneurysms

  • Pregnancy

  • Asthma (bring your inhaler)

  • Severe mental illness, seizure disorders or if you’re using major medications

 

Online breathwork sessions

One-on-One or Group Session

Being a citizen of the world, I am offering 90 minutes online breathwork session. It can be a one-on-one or a group session for min 2 people up to max 10 people.

Sessions can be conducted in English or in French.

I am also available as a certified breathwork facilitator for your events or wellbeing spaces.
